“The Art of Approaching” is a dating and seduction course, and it’s creator - Joseph Matthews - has designed it as a step-by-step starter-guide to help men approach and attract women.

So, is it any good?

Well, despite my usual healthy skepticism when I review this kind of dating advice material, I think there’s a massive amount of value built into the Art of Approaching. It covers all the key areas, from meeting a woman, to attracting her, to knowing how to tell if she likes you. And it’s been put together in a very user-friendly and practical format, so it’s nice and easy to find your way around.

“The Art of Approaching” ebook essentially has 6 main sections, covering the following:

- Body Language
- Confidence
- Approaching
- Flirting
- Storytelling
- Being Social

And the key strengths of this course are most certainly the “Confidence” and “Approaching” sections of the ebook.

Let’s face it. Us guys hate getting rejected, and there are plenty of men who need help in overcoming their fear of approaching women. So I’m pretty sure the simple techniques tucked inside “The Art of Approaching” will help a lot of guys increase their confidence and improve their ability to meet beautiful women.

Joseph Matthews does a handy job of explaining the lonely feeling that grips guys from time to time, and then empowers you with some straightforward step-by-step techniques to get past all that, and instead fill yourself with unstoppable confidence. And the insights on women’s behavior and interpreting what she’s thinking will serve as a useful checklist when out meeting girls too.

In terms of ‘techniques’, the Art of Approaching has a bunch of original action steps for making conversation. So you don’t have to worry about what to say when you’ve made your approach. For instance, you get a template of 10 ‘category’ conversation starters, and an additional 35 examples of how to put them into use as well.

All-in-all, I’d recommend getting this book primarily for the sections on boosting your confidence when approaching women. That’s where this book shines head-and-shoulders above others. And it’s down-to-earth, sincere and often humorous style makes for an easy and enjoyable read.
